1)place Na/10 HCl at the central tube up to 20 mark percentage gradiation
2)draw a blood bu using pipette up to 0.02mark
3)wipe the tip of pipette
4)push blood to central tube quickly,mix well blood and HCl several time
5)now blood in form of acid hematin
6)after 15 minutes,add distal water drop by drop
7)continue this process until the colour of the central tube same as the standard tube
8)record the result
